At Caterpillar’s Facility in Janow, Poland we produce parts for Caterpillar machines for the European market. We have great team that do the work and we can’t wait for you to join the team! As a HR Manager at Caterpillar you will be joining a local team in Janow, Poland but also a regional team of other HR Managers from Hungary, Poland and The Netherlands which will give you a regional experience and support you in your role and future career. You will be responsible for making sure all HR operational matters are excelled, you will have an impact on the people element of Caterpillar Poland’s overall strategy to enable business success. This role will be an integral part of the order to delivery function, working directly with all the site teams including operations, supply chain, business resources, purchasing and many more. In Your New Role You Will Drive a team of HR professionals (x 3) motivating and engaging them on completing HR priorities for the facility in terms of all things people. Manage HR projects and lead change within the facility including implementing new tools to provide better support to people initiatives. Provide direction and guidance to all levels of leadership and employees across the facility on employment legislation and company policies and procedures ensuring compliance and consistency. Support talent management including; succession planning, performance management and employee development for all facility employees. Play an integral part in the Employee survey supporting the business in interpretaton of results and action planning. Prepare HR reports using statistical and analytic skills. Monitor and react to market changes from people prospective. Be first point of contact for Works Council, listen, learn, influence and bring solutions. Top Candidate Will Have HR qualification at a degree level or have equivalent relevant experience Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business Effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions and be able to influence senior leadership on people matters. Confident facilitation and presentation. Familiarity of building collaborative relationships within and outside own organization. Knowledge of the local rights and obligations in employee relations; ability to adhere to legal requirements when handling employee negotiations Ability of using tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data Speak English What Are The Benefits of Joining Us?
