Program Manager Automotive

Your tasks We are offering a key player role in our growing ADAS Business Unit at HUBER+SUHNER with a high degree of freedom. The Program Manager ADAS Automotive is the lead for our customer engagements for automotive serial development projects in a very exciting and rapidly developing market of autonomous vehicle technology. An effective Program Manager builds personal relationships with both executive and technical staff. As a key point of contact, the organization of communication, the management of expectations and the monitoring of progress towards the fulfillment of customer requirements is a major contribution to successfully meet key KPIs. The Program Manager ADAS Automotive works closely with external and internal stakeholders such as: sales account managers, market management and our product and process development teams. Your responsibilities taking over responsibilities for customers programs/projects from RFQ status till start of production defining project goals and key KPIs (deadline, costs and performance) continuous monitoring of the overall project , budget, timeline and quality during project implementation until project completion continuous risk management, early identification of roadblocks and initiation of countermeasures in coordination with stakeholders organizing technical workshops / meetings in conjunction with the program core team and other project/program stakeholdersregular project status reporting to the management team organize and attend meetings and visits at our costumers Your profile technical education with an engineering background (dedicated ADAS experience is highly welcome) an “ownership” mind set where you feel responsible for the success of the customer engagement strong communication and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate project activities in a cross functional team (IPMA, PMI or other PM certification is beneficial) as part of a global team you convincingly communicate well in English and additional languages are a plus willingness to travel 10 to 20 % Why HUBER+SUHNER?
