Pricing Manager

Job Functions:Establish a consolidated and functional harmonized tender pricing management for all countries in Europe to anticipate the tender cycle, collect critical information and increase our win ratio.Lead the tender management process in cooperation with the Bids Tender, sales and leadership teamsMonitors business trends and best practice in Europe to achieve optimum pricing in provide European benchmark and analysisPreparation of pricing strategy for tenders in developing tools and templates that enable informed retrospective business analysis and prospective business planningLead implementation of strategic pricing tools and processesHelp developing creative pricing simulation in analyzing market and competitive trends based on various sources (e.g., market reports, primary research, competitive intel, etc.).Present findings to key decision-makers through weekly/ monthly meetings.Support new product launches pricing.Perform ad-hoc analysis as requestedDesired Skills and Experiences:Required Skills:Fluent English, other language is a plus.Pricing or Tender experienceExcel and Power Point advanced skills absolute mustBusiness/Market Analysis/Modeling/Forecasting experienceAbility to work efficiently with cross functional team members (sales; Bid and Tender etc..)Communication skillsAbility to work in a multicultural environment.Drive for results and agileThink out of the boxDetail-oriented, rigorous, and work well with other internal functional groupsWhat is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Germany?
