Local Unit & Position Description We are seeking a Group Leader HR Operationsfor our HR Operations team based in Gdynia, Poland.The HR Operations Section is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR services for DNV GL’s employees and managers across Europe. Starting from 1st point of contact, through HR administration, employee data management up to supporting HR annual processes and benefits management.Group Leader HR Operations will be responsible fordelivery of quality HR services according to legal and company requirements. To succeed in this role you will provide leadership experience and coordination/ project management skills. You will be a role model for other colleagues in HR Operations and actively support processes implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Team deliveries. In your role you will:Lead the team of Specialists, including staff development, performance review and supervision of daily responsibilities.Train team members – primary on the job training.Ensure that knowledge is well kept and maintained within the Team.Evaluate, design and improve processes within the Team scope.Identify areas for further digitalization/ standardization and recommend solutions.Act as a key contact person for peers in Global Centre and various stakeholders. Set up Team goals and KPI’s on deliverables. This role required delivery of both managerial and operational tasks to support daily service. Position Qualifications To maximize your chances, you need:University degree, preferably within HR or related.Previous work experience within HR Area in SSC/BPO environment.Experience in HR Operations, Customer Support and/ or HR administration.Formal experience in leading the team (as a Team Leader/ Team Coordinator).Experience within business process improvements will be an advantage.Good knowledge of HR IT systems and Microsoft Office skills.Fluent English- both written and verbal.Additional language skills will be an advantage.
