The company is backed by leading investors, such as Global Founders Capital, Arbor Ventures, and Mubadala Capital.The project is a Help Desk platform that has been serving the diverse needs of various departments of the customer's company for a considerable time. Recognizing the unique requirements of each department, the platform has been meticulously customized. The new candidate joining the Help Desk team will engage in handling inquiries, enhancing the system's functionality, and driving optimization efforts.Technology stack: Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab.RequirementsExperience as a Go Developer for 3+ years. Understanding of application development, system design. Experience with PostgreSQL and designing well-structured and maintainable databases. Familiarity with Redis. Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
