Plant Finance Controller Miejsce pracy: Gliwice Recruitment for For our Client international manufacturing company (non-automotive), we are looking for a skilled Plant Finance Controller. Your responsibilities prepare and review month-end closing reports and provide all other ad-hoc analysis, maintaining and improving reporting and forecasting tools to increase effectiveness, preparing management reporting and analyses for the Monthly Calls with the Senior Leadership Team, close alignment with the Regional Finance Team and other plants to drive improved and standardized processes, participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements, planned and actual unit production cost calculation, calculation of prices for finished goods, materials, merchandise, spare parts and services, analysis of margin across various products/customers, being an active member of implementation of new pricing strategy and delivering data for new product costing activities. Employer requirements university degree in business with focus on analytics or financial analysis, about 6-10 years of working experience in area of financial analysis in manufacturing company, profound knowledge of costing methods, overhead validations and cost of sales validation, good English spoken and written, computer skills with focus and MS Office and experience to work with ERP system with production module, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
