We are crazy about technology, serious about people . We are looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing Lead who will join our Marketing Team. You will join the team at a time when the complex ABM strategy is already in the process of being established. Your role will be to collaborate on its development, automation, and strengthening cooperation with the sales team. We are looking for someone who will implement it according to best-known practices that maximize efficiency. What you’ll be doing: Analyzing customer needs to design personalized and impactful marketing campaigns. Developing and implementing ABM strategies in close collaboration with an 8-person sales team. Taking part in regular meetings with the marketing and sales team to discuss progress, exchange information, and adjusting strategies. Preparing market and customer data analysis to maximize the effectiveness of ABM campaigns. Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on campaign results. Creating content in collaboration with other team members. You will be the best fit if you have: Practical experience in coordinating ABM campaigns in B2B - minimum 2 years. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (we work on HubSpot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Nice to have: Experience in IT industry. Experience in HubSpot. All nice things we can offer: UoP or B2B contract - you decide. Remote work or working from our Bialystok, Warsaw or Wroclaw offices. (However, due to the location of the sales department we are more oriented towards Warsaw).
