JOB PURPOSE The purpose of this job is to actively support AFAB PL team with development, implementation and sustaining of best Lean Manufacturing tools and standards: Andon process with Help Chain structure, KPI’s and Team meetings, Structural Problem Solving, Suggestion System, 5S, 7 wastes elimination, Standard Work, Visual Management. Achieved effects will be visible in measurement performed within Lean Assessment of the AFAB PL plant MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Working within CI structure, support the drive of Lean tools and techniques development and implementation. Support Managers, Supervisors, Group Leaders and Operators, and all other functions through trainings, coaching and direct support in daily activities. Lead workshops and teamwork of dedicated Teams. Organize and document Lean activities. Actively participate in organization and documenting of crucial formal events in AFAB PL. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Minimum: technical secondary education. Ongoing studies or higher education with a technical profile preferred. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in public speaking, giving presentations, working in Teams. Experience in a field of Lean Manufacturing, TQM or Six Sigma is welcome. LANGUAGES English – B1 preferred SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Hard skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, preparation of basic data analysis (run charts, pie charts, pareto charts), Ishikawa diagram and 5Xwhy analysis – welcome, 8D systemize – welcome, A3 method – welcome, Soft skills: Presentation skills (preparation and giving), Teamwork (in role of activity leader and participant), Good communication skills, Reliability and accuracy. SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS/SPECIALTIES/COURSEWORK Certificates of proof of trainings in specific Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Six Sigma, SPC, Time and Methods Standardization are welcome, especially 5S, 7 Wastes Elimination, Standardized Work or Structural Problem Solving.
