  • Creating analysis and reports to support decision-making processes
  • Data analysis, formulation of conclusions, recommendations, risks
  • Review and approve the month-end submissions and review of quarterly recharge file
  • Provide variance analysis of actuals vs budget and forecast and prepare a cash-flow forecast for SSC legal entity
  • Provide financial models to support profitability and saving target goals
  • Support the control & compliance related activities, including audit
  • Overseeing internal financial functions, such as planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control
  • Cooperation and problem-solving with other financial organizations
  • Supporting and managing standardized and optimized solutions for finance processes, including improvements and automation
  • Involvement in projects, active support for the transition project
  • Providing superiors and managers with important financial information, including the evaluation of processes, programs and projects
  • Ongoing review of cost centers with IT development projects

  • University Degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in finance gained in international, matrix organizations
  • Comprehensive professional experience in Controlling and Financial Analysis
  • Professional experience in a Shared Service organization (transformation of processes and tools, project management)
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of accounting principles, in particular IFRS
  • Practical knowledge of SAP
  • Practical experience in reporting systems and tools (Power BI, advanced excel)
  • Strong Analytical skills and orientation on details
