As PMO you will be responsible for supporting operations, ensuring the smooth running of the Portfolio office, working closely with various key stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Assisting the team in tracking progress, up-to-date data, monitoring deadlines and ensuring accurate Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes and ensure timely delivery of activities. Assist in the maintenance of PMO (SNOW) related databases and tools, ensuring they are up to date and accurate. Support the development and maintenance of PMO related metrics and performance indicators. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other PMO-related materials. Assist in the maintenance of documentation, including plans, status reports and other solution-related documents. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/ final year student in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering or IT.) Excellent English language skills, communication skills
