Senior Professional Services Consultant Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Celonis Your responsibilities As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you identify our clients’ strategic priorities and support our project team towards developing data-driven process insights and actions to ensure that clients receive maximum value. You always leverage the newest features and functionalities of leading process mining software, such as Celonis EMS, ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS or UiPath Process Mining. Discover - Translate clients' strategic objectives into high-impact process mining use cases - Build the implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the defined use cases - Use process mining technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with Proservartner SMEs and the client Enhance - Support value creation workshops and propose measures to improve process inefficiencies - Quantify business and financial potential benefits and present the findings to management - Automate tasks to drive value and improve the process conformance rate Monitor - Define the most relevant KPIs measuring the client’s success - Ensure enablement of the client to continuously improve processes - Set the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term client success journey happen Our requirements - 3-5 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area - Over 18 months’ experience with Celonis or other leading Process Mining tool (ABBYY Timeline, SAP Signavio, ARIS or UiPath Process Mining) - Able to use these tools to build customs visualisations and dashboards to analyse processes and identify process insights - Ability to set up the data pipeline (configure source system connections/use flatfiles, use SQL to transform data, define data models) – is beneficial but not essential - Have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients at all levels - Can understand and interpret business processes - Have excellent analytical skills, are always well-organized and known for being a quick learner - Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Business Intelligence and Process Mining and you seek continuous development of your skills and knowledge - Dedicated & visionary and want to actively drive Process Mining technology forward - Willing to face a steep learning curve in order to grow and continuously broaden your knowledge - Have very good English skills, other languages are an advantage What we offer - Working in an international company, alongside international colleagues. - Being a part of an innovative and entrepreneurial environment of a growing department and team. - Fully remote work, with the necessary equipment provided by the company.
