Initiative Planning Manager Function: Supply Chain Location: Warsaw, MZ, PL Work Arrangement: Hybrid ABOUT THE ROLE As Initiative Planning Manager for OPI you will be responsible for management of OPI initiative planning team and will have accountability for the results of the team . The person owns development/execution of OPI IP strategy, long term and short term plans and also contributes significantly to the execution of OPI supply strategy (Vision/Goals/Priorities). The person is a role model for representing Wella values and is the champion of supply chain improvements. She/He is responsible for driving mastery within the team. She/He is accountable for delivering results in initiative delivery, including customer service, right cost and inventory through execution of action plans and standard work processes. Supply Chain Planning Team you will be joining plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context. WHAT YOU WILL DO Be a role-model of company values and culture. Lead a team of project coordinators (experts and senior planners), providing required support and driving supply chain constraints resolution to guarantee delivery of new products on time, in full and within expected cost/cash. Act as project leader for global high-complexity initiatives. Represent the Planning Hub to the global multi-functional project team. Own regular Daily/Weekly/Monthly Supply Planning interface with other functions and leadership team, driving discipline in the defined supply network(s) of the Project. Leverage the Planning Hub multi-functional teams and Key Users / Business Experts to improve initiative planning/delivery process and tools. Optimize internal and external business processes and tools, growing capability of direct team and Planning Hub multi-functional teams. Basic understanding of Manufacturing, Planning, QA, R&D and Commercial/Go to Market planning. Strong competency in the areas of Initiative and Project Management, MS Project Strong analytical skills.
