What you'll do and what we offer The purpose of the Engineering Manager role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the team and provide hands-on contribution to the technical tasks. As a Engineering Manager you are accountable for the team’s successful delivery of quality software that delivers the scope that is agreed with the Product Organization. You lead by example. You will guide, support and coach the team to hit our targets as well as help your staff become to stretch and become the best version of themselves. You assure that multiple needs are well balanced. This includes the business perspective, the team’s needs, design best practices, quality objectives and helping balance experience levels. You work with the team to identify and solve problems in the development process. Be it on the decision making, risk mitigation or process execution.
