Regional Key Account Manager   Job Description: As a Regional Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to proactively and systematically build value for the international production company - the leader in the packaging industry and the assigned key account. This involves fostering strong relationships with the assigned key account - part of the CEE region, as a preferred and trusted business partner. You will actively contribute to the future growth and development of this account to attain growth targets within your regional area. Major Challenges & Complexities: Development of the existing client's portfolio and taking care of them. Orchestrate the execution of projects between plants, global functions, and customer affiliates. Manage the Customer Service community serving your account and ensure alignment and compliance with the contract. Provide visibility of identified opportunities to the organization. Principal Accountabilities: Develop and implement global value propositions, regional account strategies, and plans in cooperation with the Global Account Director and the Account Team. Identify and plan initiatives and actions within the account plan, cascading them to the local level. Manage customer contracts and support global/regional/local account plan activities. Gather and coordinate customer-specific market intelligence and report to the Global Account Directors and the Business Development Team. Analyze customer profitability and identify commercial opportunities. Manage and execute a pipeline of opportunities with the support of the Commercial Excellence team. Define and negotiate service-level agreements with the support of the Global Account Director. Support coordination of regional projects and take leadership in specific account-related projects. Participate in initiatives related to key initiatives and perform commercial analysis of projects and initiatives. Lead projects relevant to the specific account following priorities defined by the Global Account Director Respond to customer requirements and provide support. Build and promote relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Seek customer feedback and plan actions to improve service. Cascade relevant information between the Global Account team and the Customer Service team. Measure customer performance in line with defined KPIs and service levels. Consolidate regional forecasts for the account and provide regular status reports on performance vs. account plan/budget. Coordinate the budget and forecast process for the assigned regions. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in a comparable environment. Good knowledge of the packaging industry. Understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain, and customer service. Strong sense of prioritization and analytical skills. Project management skills and key account management experience. Ability to work with and manage people, along with leadership skills. Willingness to travel internationally. Fluent in English, with a second language being a plus.
