Premium Spirits Portfolio Development Executive (Off Trade) at Coca-Cola HBC Polska Sp. z o.o.    YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Brand Execution Leadership:  execution of brand strategies, ensuring all trade marketing activities align with the brand’s vision and goals.  Campaign Management: Organize and oversee promotional campaigns and activities across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring they support the broader marketing strategy and objectives. This includes in-store promotions, digital activations, event sponsorships, and POS material distribution. Provide regular support to PS Trade Marketing Managers  and cross functional team in preparation channel, brands plans and tailored made activities in order to set proper goals Coordination and Specialized Support: Provide essential coordination and specialized support to the Trade Marketing Lead and Trade Marketing Manager, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of trade marketing initiatives across the region. Act as a critical link between strategic planning and on-the-ground implementation. Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to integrate trade marketing strategies with sales objectives, supplying the sales force with the tools and materials needed to boost effectiveness and retailer engagement. Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across various campaigns and activities to achieve the best ROI. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, using data to evaluate their effectiveness and inform future strategies. Adjust campaigns based on real-time feedback to optimize results. Event Coordination: Plan and organize promotional events, workshops, or webinars, and attend them to facilitate their success.   ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the alcoholic beverages sector or FMCG industries. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Very good command of English. Good MS Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel within the Baltic region. Cross-functional team player.
