Graduate Logistics Coordinator

As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating inbound freight and managing logistics activities to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.  About you: The ideal candidate will have the following: Previous experience in logistics or a related field. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and accuracy. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of customs procedures and requirements is an advantage. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and quick learner. Advanced proficiency in English. Passion for logistics and continuous improvement  About the role: You will be responsible for the following: Facilitate Global Logistics Operations : Serve as a key liaison between contract manufacturers (CMOs) and stakeholders, managing inbound product flow and ensuring smooth operations from CMO to customer. Warehouse & Transportation Management : Oversee daily logistics activities, monitor service providers' performance, and ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions and purchase order updates. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Develop and maintain knowledge of GDP quality standards, collaborate with Quality Ops to ensure compliance in distribution activities, and track and resolve complaints efficiently. Performance Management : Monitor and report relevant performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
