We do it by enabling the enterprise with an AI-powered core that helps prioritize the execution of change.Elbłąg or Wroclaw location/ possible remotely This role is to support Power Services Plant Engineering with focus on mechanical equipment specification, analysis and evaluation of vendor bids (including proposal for vendor selection), review of technical documents and interface clarification, follow-up of supplier documentation, and technical management of the mechanical equipment and packages.Scope:Various steam turbine component like casing, bearing pedestal and bearing, rotors, blades, diaphragms, couplings etcMechanical equipment and devices from power generation equipment like engines and wind mills.The work package includes the following activities:Prepare the Technical Dossier for Procurement to issue for quotation ensuring compliance with the contract/ client technical document requirements, and contract time schedule for delivery of equipment and documents. Technical Skills:Experience in the power / energy / industrial application businessExperienced with supplier qualification Site installation and commissioning experience (desirable)Knowledge of Solid Works could be an advantageThe role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job:Prepare relevant design and quality documentation and layouts using Catia/Autocad in accordance with appropriate standards and design rulesDefine material specifications for various steam turbine component Carry out necessary calculations and analysis related to these componentsCollect and analyze technical dataMeet deadlines for documentation (maintain On Time Delivery) and budgets Analyze client comments and elaborate comprehensive answersParticipate in design and/or technical reviews (internal/external)Validate documents with the appropriate engineering status and distribute according to the project specific distribution listRequirements:Familiarity with steam turbine design and working principles.Familiarity with modern engineering tools, norms and design rules.The ability to use of CATIA V5 and Autocad.Effective English communication skills both verbally and in writing. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective planning, organisation and presentation skills including the ability to prioritise and plan work.
