Backend Engineer

What you will do ️As a backend developer, you will own the services related to the context of your work, especially building and operating high-quality systems for the exacting standards of the financial services sector. We want you to improve the quality of our systems and suggest the way we could achieve it. Stay up-to-date with the latest microservices technologies and best practices, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation in the field. Work effectively as part of a self-managed team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a commitment to team dynamics in Kanban methodologies with less meetings and more focus time. Design, develop, and maintain microservice architectures for high-performance applications using the latest Java and Spring framework versions. And all this using real continuous deployment processes that takes 10 minutes.  Our Tech Stack You will have a chance to work with these technologies: Java 21 Spring Boot/Cloud GCP Kubernetes Database suited for problem (SQL/NoSQL) RequirementsWho you are 3+ years of hands-on experience in modern Java frameworks and methodologies, with a strong focus on the Spring framework. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud-based infrastructure. Writing high quality automated tests  Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional in-person meetings (1 day per week) in small self managed teams built with engineers and product owners.
