Job Description About the company: A recognised leader in the development and manufacture of high quality colour cosmetics, skin care, hair care, bath & body care and OTC products. As an outsourcing partner to major global brands and trendsetters across all distribution channels, from high end to mass market, we have over 10 years of experience in providing both domestic and international clients with outstanding services ranging from bulk manufacturing to full turnkey solutions. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations in Europe, with a path for future promotion to Group CFO. Initially reporting to the COO, this position offers development opportunities under the CEO. The ideal candidate will lead the financial strategy and operations of the various entities across Europe and globally, requiring expertise in international financial strategy and transformational leadership. Responsibilities: Leading the financial strategy and management control of the group entities in Europe and internationally. Set financial budgets, reports and forecasts in the EU and for each entity, covering cash, revenue, expense and profit forecasts. Manage cash flows, ensuring accuracy, anticipating problems and taking appropriate recovery action. Optimise tax structures and cash flows across jurisdictions. Participate in ExCom meetings and influence strategic decisions at group level. Manage reorganisation and rationalisation processes to improve efficiency and financial performance; implement necessary processes and tools for budgeting, reporting, controlling, risk management and compliance with local authorities, auditors and insurance companies. Lead financial analysis to inform decisions including pricing, payment, critical investments and ROI. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including proposals for radical/innovative financial decisions. Promote a corporate and business culture based on innovation, flexibility and pragmatism. Manage relationships with investors, banks and conduct M&A financial due diligence. Qualifications: Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field. At least 10 years' experience in a senior finance role with significant experience of managing finance functions on an international scale, ideally including US entities. Proven ability in reorganisation and organisational change. Excellent knowledge of English and at least one other European language. Specific skills: Ability to develop financial strategies that align international operations with overall Group objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment. Experience of international financial regulation and managing relationships with investors and regulators worldwide. Decision-maker, hands-on and task-focused in a fast-paced environment.
