technologies-expected : SDLC ServiceNow CI-CD GitLab Azure DevOps technologies-optional : Jira Nexus Confluence Developer Portal Stack Overflow Snowflake Data Cloud about-project : In this Banking Project Devcloud service desk support team will support products, services, and tools essential for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Secure Build Chain. This project supports tools like: GitLab, Confluence, Jira, Nexus, Stack overflow, developers portal, octane, Sonar, Cynode. Devcloud service desk support team will provide L1 support to bank developers to work more efficiently and effectively, reduce cognitive load, and streamline both BAU and deployments to production. responsibilities : Acknowledging the input (SLA is dependent on the initially set priority) Verifying the priority based on the number of users/processes impacted and initial triaging, and identifying the product impacted Invoking escalation to the L2 Dev Cloud SRE sub-group escalation point, collecting, and documenting the issue details Collecting the additional information as per the triaging approach and managing duplicate tickets Collecting complete information from the end user (via Teams communication). Running automated troubleshooting packages/scripts. Advising the end user. Documenting the issue in the ticket. Resolving the ticket or assigning it to the L2 Dev Cloud SRE sub-group. If required, returning to the user for more information required by L2, or to relay information from L2 requirements-expected : You should be familiar with ServiceNow for managing incidents and requests Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Understanding of GitLab and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices CI-CD workflow, Azure DevOps-CI-CD pipelines.
