As a Senior Data Science Manager, you'll lead by example, driving innovation and crafting cutting-edge solutions to propel our business initiatives forward. Set strategic direction in alignment with our product stream roadmap and overarching business objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of our industry landscape and consumer needs. Globally oversee data science solutions across our flagship products, collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize projects and deliver impactful outcomes. Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in data science, and championing the implementation of advanced models and algorithms. The experience we're looking for Your expertise in Sales, or optionally Finance, HR, Legal domains, coupled with additional exposure across various facets of FMCG, lays a robust groundwork for comprehending business operations. Possession of an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics showcases your academic prowess and analytical skills. With a minimum of 8 years in industry, including proven team management experience of at least 4 years, you bring a wealth of experience in handling structured and unstructured data to drive business impact. Previous experience in Python, SQL and other programming languages allows you to communicate with data scientists and partners effectively. Your expertise in data science within complex business environments, including data mining, machine learning, NLP AI, and predictive modeling, sets you apart. Experience working with large datasets using various data wrangling and visualization tools demonstrates your ability to derive actionable insights. Proficiency in various Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI, enhances your capability to communicate data-driven insights effectively. Your developed working knowledge of available technology capabilities and their strategic deployment contributes to successful project implementation. Your leadership in the data discovery process with key stakeholders identifies business requirements and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
