We’re looking for Delivery Team Leader.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of in-house recruitment and/or executive search firm experience.Experience in team management.A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Has consultative approach, with the ability to manage and resolve complex candidates situations in an effective manner.Experience in working with multiple recruiting related technologies (ATS, CRM, Sourcing software, etc.).Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and management of Delivery teamIndependent implementation of recruitment projects for our clients.Close cooperation with Partners responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with Candidates.Active participation in conversations with Partners and/or Clients when determining the recruitment strategy.Setting priorities and distributing tasks within the team.Supporting team members, mentoring and training less experienced team members.Creating an atmosphere conducive to cooperation and building friendly relationships within the team.Providing strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.Partnering with Client's recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers on an executive level.Ensuring the presentation of high quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.The offerStable employment contract (or optionally a B2B contract).Salary adequate to qualifications.Transparent and attractive commission system.Possibility to implement your own ideas and innovative solutions.Independency, space for growth, mistakes and development.Flexible and task-oriented working time.Hybrid model of work with the possibility of remote work - we are flexible to agree on a model that best suits both parties (100% remotely or 100% from the office or other proportions that you propose)A wide range of benefits: private medical care, dental funding, life insurance and more.
