Courier HR Project Coordinator

Ready for a ChallengeAbout the Role:Are you passionate about HR, project management, with a keen interest in logistics? This role is your chance to make a difference! As an HR Project Coordinator for the newly opened Shared Service center in Wroclaw, you'll be at the forefront of executing HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with business goals across our different countries. You will collaborate closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR projects.These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Lead and deliver HR projects in logistics HR, ensuring alignment between different stakeholders and business objectives.Be the point of contact for the transition of work towards the newly built shared service center.Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to shape and implement other local and global projects such as quality and KPI framework, engagement initiatives.Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional and cross-country teams, fostering strong relationships.Utilise HR analytics to assess project impact on employee engagement and business performance.Support on project governance, making sure we are structured and on time with deadlines.​What will you bring to the table?
