Treasury Systems Manager

Job DescriptionThe Treasury Systems Manager will work with one Treasury System Manager located in the UK and supervises 2 TMS Administrators located in Poland.SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:Daily maintenance of the TMS, in coordination with the TMS administrators in Poland, ensuring that :Users requests are dealt with quickly (such as creation of entities, bank account, SSI etc)Bank statements are imported, and reconciliations completed every daySoftware is available and jobs are runningFX and interest rates are uploaded on timeUsers’ tickets are solved in a timely mannerProject Management by supporting the Treasury System Manager based in the UK:Implement Swiftnet in collaboration with various stakeholders (banks, National Service Centers, Group and Local Finance IT)Define the planning of deployment, and ensure resources are availableEnsure coordination with other teams involved in the project (Group Finance IT, Security IT, etc.)Develop and maintain interfaces with the banks and the internal systemsTest functionalities and manage tickets opened with the vendor, as well as with Group Finance IT for ERP interactionTrain users and write proceduresWebbanking managementAs a backup to Swiftnet, ensure the central administration of webbanking (~10)Team ManagementSupervise 2 TMS administrators located in PolandOrganise support from other Group Treasury team members for the Swiftnet deployment projectsOther tasksContribute to other treasury projects from a Treasury Systems perspective (in particular, cash management tender offers)Participate in the enhancement of security of payments throughout the groupAnimate the TMS users communityQualificationsExperienced professional, with 5 – 10 years in AMOA/MOE on Treasury SystemsActively involved in at least one large TMS and Swiftnet project in a corporate organisationKnowledge of TLine (Datalog) (a plus)Skilled in project management, Swiftnet connectivity, payment formatting, interfaces, software testing, software maintenance and evolution managementKnowledge of cash and treasury activities and processesAbility work under pressure and time-constraints, and to multi-taskEnglish (essential), Polish (preferred)Additional InformationWhat we offer:Possibility to develop yours careerInternational and creative work environmentPossibility to build processes and standardsAnnual bonusFlexible working hours and hybrid work modelAttractive package of benefits: private medical care, group life insurance, MyBenefit system, Multisport cardWe support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
