Transition Project Manager

Transformation & Transition team supports entire Clariant organization in various types of projects. We realize transition, improvement, tool implementation initiatives, and build close relations with Business Unties and Global Functions. Currently to this team we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d), who reports to Lead - Transformation Management Office. If you are interested in working for sustainable end-to-end process standards in a global environment, this role is for You. What will you be doing? Ensure project delivery in scope, time, and budget. Select and steer experts with relevant experience for project from SUs and BUs and set up team structures. Decide on project methodology and if applicable/required, drive adoption of agile practices and methods. Ensure proper communication with stakeholder (risk, successes, achieved milestones) over the course of the project. Respond to changing business requirements and environments and manage the projects to successful completion. Provide overall change management leadership, working with and coordinating resources necessary to achieve effective change. Support stakeholders in going through and mediate between different parties involved in transformation to reduce frictions and foster collaboration. Build the relation, influence, and cooperate both with GPO and GPE organization, on process improvements and reengineering. What are we looking for? University Degree preferably in Business Management, Finance, additional education in project management would be an asset 5+ years of professional experience in project management, transition management Working experience in SSC, GBS or BPO enviroment Project Management skills, certification in project management (Prince, SixSigma Green Belt, Black Belt) Experience in managing projects successfully within time and resource constraints, applying different project methodologies (e.g. Lean, SCRUM, Six Sigma), in line with project needs and to manage agile teams Strong understanding of business processes - Finance, StP, OtC International cross-culture exposure and ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of an organization Excellent communicaiton & stakeholder management abilities Experience with executive level presentations Change management capabilities; certification Prosci would be an asset Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Decision making and strategic thinking skills Language skills: English - fluent written and spoken What’s in it for you?
