As the Senior DevOps, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our DevOps efforts. You will lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless deployment, scalability, and reliability of our applications and infrastructure. Utilize your Solutions Architect and DevOps Architect experience to drive best practices in designing and optimizing system architecture. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to enhance system scalability and manageability. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues, maintaining high availability. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and standard operating procedures. Lead initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a DevOps professional, with significant experience in Solutions Architecture and DevOps Architecture roles in on-premises and cloud environments Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby) for automation Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud platforms - Azure (AWS, GCP nice to have) In-depth knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) English B2 Polish C1 We kindly inform you that we will only respond to selected applications.
