As the Elanco Service Center Recruitment manager, you will be part of our global recruitment organization and lead a team of service center-focused recruiters. In this team leadership role, you will motivate and effectively enable the team to identify talent needs, job specifications, and recruitment strategies in partnership with their business partners. You will help ensure the team delivers an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience while building capable and diverse talent pipelines.    Your Responsibilities:   * Manage the Service Center recruitment team with focus on individual empowerment, support, development, efficiency, effective workload division and as needed, recruitment and onboarding.  * Proactively develop collaborative partnerships with HR Colleagues at global sites.  * Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to appropriately and continually align recruiting objectives with evolving business objectives.  * Identify opportunities to refine and reinforce consistent recruitment processes that result in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience, as well as efficiency in the overall recruiting process.    What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):  * Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience  * Required Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years experience leading a team of recruiters  * Team leadership skill and English fluency     What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):  * Experience in service center recruiting  * Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively and collaboratively with various business partnerships, regions, and cultures, and to promote effective collaboration between them.  * Strong interpersonal, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  * Proficient use of data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, improve processes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.    Additional Information:   * Location: PL - Warszawa    Don’t meet every single requirement?  Studies have shown underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
