About this opportunity Eviosys is currently looking for a Group Supply Chain Planning Director, to be based in Goleniow, Poland. You will act as a change agent in modernizing the Supply Chain function at Eviosys, focusing on change, as well as being the direct business ownership of the supply network optimization. Missions Building customer centric supply chain, driving flexibility to ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic market condition, Focus on SC changes impacting cross regions, covering end to end (from customers to suppliers) and including product simplification and rationalization, Lead the industrial network optimisation, driving flexibility, ensuring customer satisfaction and capacity utilisation. It includes leading Master Supply Planning, governing main raw material supply (metal and aluminium), contingency and customer qualifications, Coordination of supply chain impacting across regions, both in strategic and tactical planning (Allocation of demand and portfolio to the regions, Balance demand vs supply across regions...), Coordinate Supply Chain in materials and/or technology change, including engaging in customer qualification and contingencies, Drive portfolio simplification and rationalization, Inventory management guidelines and process control, Ensure process consistency, and leading master data (management) governance, Developing customer centric Supply Chain, and drive Supply Chain Strategy for the different product lines, Leading and/or active participation in customer projects, lead-time reduction End to End, as well as continuous improvement, Leading a central team of central planners. Your profile You demonstrate at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, with an experience in the wider or global packaging area or any other sector that shows similar manufacturing challenges like high volume, multiple SKU’s and competitive markets. Entrepreneurial mindset with clear drive to lead change of the business in global, networked environment. (An explorer). Former experience on driving service, process, and inventory reduction improvements. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members across different functions and levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results. Tactical abilities, creating the roadmap for future and being able to see big picture. Organized and good planning skills. English is a must, any other European language would be advantage.
