We are a brand led, consumer first organization focused on growing our leading loved brands like MagneB6®, Essentiale (Forte)®, Nospa®, Ibalgin®, Algopiryn®, Eneterogermina®/Normaflore®, Dulcolax/Guttalax® and others to help more people play an active role in their health.We are looking for a Consumer Research Manager to join our Consumer&Market Insights team in Central Eastern Europe (CEE), reporting to CEE CMI Lead.Main responsibilities :Impact on the business strategic roadmap with a consumer perspective and CEE market needs’ understanding in close cooperation with Brand ManagersCoordination of research activities in the CEE Zone for some brandsCoordination of some cross-brand studies for all Sanofi categories across CEEAnalysis of data/facts/insights on assigned brands to enrich the business decision process and creative developmentLeveraging access to data/insights/trends and simplifying the digestionProactively identify the sources of growth for the brands being responsible for, and propose directions for new opportunities, giving input to the business plan and monitoring deploymentDrive the integration of insights into business strategies and Zone activities, being a sparring partner and consumer advocate when taking part in the most strategic communication creation process for the relevant brands and controlling communication testing due to the protocolIdentify the knowledge gaps and propose market research plansCollaborate effectively with neighboring functions such as the Shopper Team, HCP Team, as well as with the Performance Team and the Commercial Team About youExperience:6+ years of professional experience in market/consumer researchPrevious experience on the research agency’s side (work with consumer insights)Proven work experience in managing international research projectsWork experience in OTC/ healthcare / pharma agency is a plusSkills:Safe navigation between different research approaches and methodsAnalytical thinking, passion to find and connect the dotsAbility to build data-driven strategies for overall business, marketing and saleAbility to analyze reports / draw conclusions, and recommend actions based on themCreating concise and impactful decks with conclusions and recommendationsGreat presentation skillsPassion for understanding consumer behaviorsDesire to contribute your own ideas and take actionsTeam spirit, persuasiveness & influential skills, highly collaborativeEducation:Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology or economics/businessMaster's degree is a plusLanguage skills:Fluency in written and spoken English At the same time fluency in written and spoken Hungarian/Romanian/UkrainianWhen joining our team, you will experience:An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent teamAn attractive, market-oriented salary and cafeteria benefitsFlexible home office policy, with a possibility to work up to 60% of time from home / where you can easily schedule your office daysPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
