This position will support the EMEA Business Development Teams to create a targeted strategy for outreach to prospective clients for introductory meetings.The main focus of this role is to engage with executives and decision-makers through multiple networking channels, build strategic messaging that aligns with prospective clients, and qualify leads for new business opportunities.This role is measured by booking prospective meetings, outbound activity, and generating opportunities associated with a new client.Responsibilities:Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media channelsIdentify innovative ways to connect with and qualify prospects within regional target accountsSchedule initial discovery meetings to identify the customer’s needsDetermine the prospect's use of and interest in MSP, RPO, Direct Sourcing, and Procurement Solutions.Partner with Lead Management Team to identify key contacts to move beyond the gatekeeper within the organisation.Align with strategic partners to uncover new targets including Operating Companies, Vendor Management Systems, Staffing Suppliers.Establish robust professional networks through LinkedIn and other channelsProactively research and document critical industry and client informationAttend Conferences as needed to drive relationship-building and engagement with potential clientsDevelop and maintain detailed activity reporting through Salesforce documentation of all sales-related activity.Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to share company posts/activities/white papers/ podcastsQualificationsFluent in English and Native German Experience in selling to Procurement or HRProven success in a sales capacity in either inside or outside salesBusiness Development experience inclusive of Direct or Indirect sales experienceStrong Business AcumenStrong Relationship-building and collaboration skillsExcellent written communication and verbal communicationExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to problem solveMS Office suite
