Senior Backup Consultant

The RoleYour main responsibilities will include:Consulting, planning and implementation of customised solutions to address customer requirements, utilising a stack of products from CommVault Backup & Recovery, Hitachi’s proprietary and other Partner portfolio (Compute, Network, Converged, Automation, Storage)Taking technical ownership of assigned projects, accounts or tasks (troubleshooting, customer workshops, etc.)Working closely with Project Managers to help drive projects towards agreed outcomesOwning personal development needs by actively participating in regional Subject Matter Expert groupsProactively driving new and incremental business by developing technical relationships with key stakeholders in respective accountsActing as a productive member of virtual Account teams by cooperating with internal and Partner Pre-Sales and Sales on active opportunities, and RFPs and ensuring success of customer POCsDocumenting client feature requests and issues What You’ll BringYou have 5+ years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant with strong knowledge and documented experiences with CommVault Backup & Recovery solutionsYou have wide experience in infrastructure environments and architectures (Storage, Network, Compute, Operating Systems)You are fluent in written and spoken EnglishYou have an innovative nature and are actively looking for solutions to cover challengesYou possess good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills#LI-AL1Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our culture and identity.
