Brownfield Electrification Lead About the Role Location Poland Lodzkie Lodz Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Sp. z Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Compression Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Brownfield Electrification Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in expanding our "Brownfield Electrification" business within the compression sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional and service organizations, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing the competitiveness of our compression offerings in alignment with Product Management and associated execution functions. We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, open-minded, and innovative professional who is dedicated to shaping the future of our Compression Service organization. How You’ll Make an ImpactDevelop and execute strategies to drive the growth of our after-market compression business through brownfield electrification incl. creation of business plan and securing of necessary resources.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for brownfield electrification ( potential fleet for brownfield electrification, regional priorities, priority customer, competitive landscape) and develop plans to capitalize on them.Collaborate with electrification, automation, digitization a business unit (EAD), regional GS, and CP organizations to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for brownfield electrification solutions.Identify and engage with potential customers in collaboration with our Brownfield Electrification Capture Team Lead to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements incl. creation of marketing material.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to brownfield electrification and incorporate them into our strategies and solutions.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including customers, partners, and industry associations.Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress towards growth goals.What You BringBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.In-depth understanding of brownfield electrification and its applications in the aftermarket compression business.Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Willingness to travel as required.Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
