Your tasks Our dish Managing incidents, problems and requests in our service ticket system with ITIL foundation. Implementing and maintaining our M365 platform on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, performance and availability. Providing first and second level support for our workplace devices, applications, and services, resolving issues and request in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with our IT team and external partners, to design and deliver innovative and cost-effective cloud solutions. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, and recommending improvements and best practices. Your ingredients Our success A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in cloud administration, preferably on Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform. Knowledge of cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. Experience in workplace support, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and mobile devices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented attitude. A result-driven and open mindset, with the ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to changes. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German would be an advantage. Are you looking for a new challenge in a competitive environment?
