Duration: 9 months Team: Work Innovation Position Summary: The Work Innovation team at Dolby is focused on transforming how we work and continually enhancing our digital employee experience through our systems, processes, and communications. We have an opportunity for a People Systems Intern to join our team to help us to continue to push this work forward using HR technology. The People Systems Intern will support the People Systems team in managing and optimizing People systems and processes. This role will gain hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analysis, and process improvement, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of People systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of SuccessFactors (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and system functionality. Support the People system team in identifying opportunities for improvement and areas where automation and AI can be applied to work. Participate in People technology projects in various capacities, including system upgrades, integrations, and UAT. Develop and update documentation for People systems processes and user guides. Provide technical support for system issues and manage resolution. Contribute to the development of reports and processing scheduled reports. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluent in English and Polish (both written and verbal) are required. Strong interest in exploring how technology and systems can enable teams to work more effectively together. Skilled in making processes and systems more efficient, including an interest in applying automation and artificial intelligence (AI) to save time and create delightful employee experiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Learning Outcomes: Gain practical experience with HRIS and HR technology solutions. Develop skills in data analysis and process optimization. Enhance understanding of HR operations and the role of technology in HR. Build cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
