JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:CNE Demand & Distribution Planning Manager (f/m/x)in ROYAL CANINLocation: Warsaw or Niepolomice or Prague or RigaWhat will be your key responsibilities? Own the demand planning process for the cluster unit, delivering accuracy, efficiency, continuous improvement and one set of data for the business.Implement, lead, and facilitate the DMR step into S&OP+ process, is a cluster lead for S&OP+ process.Ensure appropriate stock levels across Cluster distribution network are in place to meet agreed business objectives and Cluster Customer service target (Cost/Cash/Service).Lead replenishment process, ensuring best practices, continuous improvement, and data accuracy.Implement, lead, and facilitate the SMR Step into S&OP+ process.Share best practice across the team and business.Drive strong Collaboration with European factory SC team to improve E2E Supply & Distribution planning.Drive the PHR process together with Local SC teams, European factories and SLP.Build, engage & develop a high-performance team through effective leadership including talent management and development of successors for key roles.Co-leads the Physical Logistics.Lead as Key user, for demand and supply planning systems, Improvement/development strategy for current and future systems needs and/or upgrades.What are we looking for? Minimum 6+ years’ of professional experience in Demand &/or Planning management in a FMCG company.Preferred qualification: Master/ Post Graduate Degree in Supply chain or Business administration.Valuable with APICS-CPIM / CPF degree or equivalent.Fluency in English, knowledge of Polish would be beneficial, same as other Cluster language.People management experience.Broad business knowledge with a track record of implementing new processesand driving their continuous improvement.Systems knowledge: advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, experience using Navision/1NAV & Futur Master are preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint Travel ability as Frequent Business travel within Cluster will be required.What can you expect from Mars?
