JOB PURPOSEThe Media Manager is responsible for flawless design and execution of full funnel media campaigns from awareness to conversion including traditional to specific digital plans, data driven campaigns in the market, delivering maximum sales, return on investments, breakthrough innovation and functional excellence.Designs cluster EED media plan and allocate budgets for holistic plans that covers all media and all platforms including retailer media ​Manages media activation based on marketing plan/ activity calendar incl. mobilising/coordinating digital hub channel specialists to deploy locally ​​​Collaborates with CD / dComm teams to ensure the full end-to-end plan works on and offline with key customers​Work with the agencies / external partners to bring to media plan execution to life Maximise efficiencies via value extractions with external partners / agencies for the marketsReports, explains media activities to country & cluster leads, to drive media KPIs​​WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDrive Best in class Holistic Media Planning and execution Lead and deliver best in class holistic media plans (offline and online) for the cluster markets that fully leverage data and insights to target media effectivelyCollaborates with CSP and dCom team in market to ensure the full end-to-end plan works on retailer sites and offline with key customersCollaborates with the Data & Audience team, to propose and agree with the stakeholders the key relevant audiences for precision and performance marketing campaigns based on the brand marketing & communication objectivesCollaborates with the Digital Marketing Team and Brand Teams to design consumer journeys, dedicated touchpoints per objectivesResponsible for driving digital media execution via the digital hubs in particular relating data driven marketing (including the use of 1P, 2P, 3P data), search and performance marketingWork with the Performance marketing / retailer media experts in the Hub to drive optimisations both on and off the retailerDrive efficiencies through rigour and relationshipsEngage directly with external media owners to deliver innovation, and best practiceApply rigour to deliver efficiencies and help achieve value targets with media agenciesmeasures and tracks effectiveness of media channels, with emphasis on “real time” campaign management with the help of the Measurement SpecialistDrive best practice and thought leadershipDock into various cross functional disciplines (CRM/PRM, Technology/Uni-Ops, and CMI (Consumer and Market Insights). Land core cross functional capabilities and best practice locallyDrive Media and digital media innovation – pioneering the future of media and data driven marketing through a continuous test, learn and scale approach. Areas will include connected TV, live streaming, social commerce, podcasts, DTC ETCManages day-to day relationship with the Media Agency HC Partners of the clusterSKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVEAbility to advice on all thing’s media and data driven marketing to internal stakeholders through depth of Paid media and Digital knowledge, providing expertise on traditional and digital channels and opportunities, data driven strategies, including ecommerce, and by explaining complex information in an easily digestible wayHolistic Communications PlanningCollaboration skills that encourage multi-stakeholder projects to thriveA pioneer spirit to drive and embed innovation into our media and data strategies and plansProblem solving mindset, able to work with agility and adapt to a changing media and market conditionsStrong analytical skills to define, interpret and respond to data insightsOutstanding communication skills to focus stakeholders and embed best practicesCutting edge understanding of media and brand communication landscapeWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED6+ years of experience in media, digital, programmatic, performance marketing or similarHolistic brand communication management experience at a large brand. Xross-brand leadership experience at an agency appreciatedAdvertising/Media budget management experienceExperience in driving change and embedding innovation in the businessExperience in handling complex stakeholders across matrixed organisationsExperience in data driven marketing and performance/ecommerce Exposure to disciplines as such as CRM, Mar-Tech and Ad-Tech platform management
