We're on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to play a crucial role in our company. We are a fast-paced and innovative company seeking a self-starter who can contribute to shaping our sales function. This is a permanent, full-time position - you can work remotely or in our Warsaw office. Finance: Salary of PLN 8,000 to PLN 10,000 net VAT Uncapped commission Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Execute inbound strategies, convert high-intent opportunities, and uncover new business from our freemium customer base. Outbound Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold outreach and prospecting techniques. Process Development: Play a pivotal role in building and refining sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Coaching and Training: Bring your passion for coaching and training and contribute to your own and the team's development. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in Sales, preferably with a successful track record in B2B SaaS products. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as gap selling, solution selling, and consultative selling. Experience in outbound sales roles such as SDR is a plus. Excellent command of the English language, with linguistic nuances (C2 English or Native proficiency is a must-have). Eager to learn and adapt, navigating challenges with a can-do attitude. Clear and concise communication and presentation skills with a drive to make an immediate impact. This role might not be a fit if: You're not interested in the dynamics of an startup .
