Designing and implementing a comprehensive product and therapy training curriculum for regional commercial teams, integrating practical selling skills and assessing competence and impact.Collaborating with senior partners to define and deliver effective learning & development solutions, meeting business goals as part of the Commercial Excellence offering.Innovating and developing content for product launches, ensuring alignment with business needs and cooperating with marketing for powerful sales tools.Identifying local trainers, setting priorities, developing implementation plans, and driving training programs for marketing and customer-facing teams.Adhering to business training processes and scheduling, being responsible for the adoption of effective commercial L&D solutions and improving quality standards.Evaluating effectiveness & sustainability of commercial L&D interventions, identifying regional and country product and therapy training needs, and sourcing/designing/delivering solutions to meet these needs.Collaborating with global and regional commercial teams to deliver training programs linking knowledge with skills for consistency and enhanced outcomes.Crafting/delivering train the trainer programs to ensure consistent training delivery & implementation across BU and clusters, facilitating standard methodology and sharing among the group.Supporting personal skills development of regional and country BU commercial teams by collaborating with HR Talent Management and other functions.Supporting the design and implementation of BU digital solutions, integrating all solutions into the LMS and collaborating with teams on product launches and commercial effectiveness needs.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:Holds a relevant L&D qualification, and has experience in a commercial environment, including but not limited to Learning & Development management, Training Needs Analysis, Design & delivery of training programs/interventions, and blended learning solutions.Proficient in English is a must!, fluency in other European languages would be advantageous.In terms of education and experience:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field.Has 5+ years of experience in a sales/commercial role within the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.Has previous experience in European/International positions or involvement in international projects.Experience in Marketing or Medical Affairs would be a plus.Previous management experience would also be considered a plus.We offerFixed-term contract for 3 months and then for an indefinite period.Competitive salary, annual bonuses, recognition award program.Corporate culture based on our values: collaboration, speed, courage and simplicity.Possibilities for development on a personal and professional level in one of the leading global MedTech companies.Package of benefits including Private medical care (Lux Med), Life Insurance, Multisport card.Bax4U - cafeteria/lunch cards (300 PLN).PPE program with very attractive conditions available for each employee after 3 months.Educational support: fully covered language courses (English or other languages according to business needs), financial certifications (ACCA, CIMA).Co-financing of holidays and an additional 2 days off from work annually.Day off for birthday!Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Bax Flex - hybrid model - 3 days from the office.Phenomenal Warsaw office location - Powiśle!#li-baxgen
