If you dream of a job that has meaning and gives the ability to actually influence the reality around you, this is where you will find your placeJoin us at Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Polska - we are currently hiring a Head of Marketing and Business Development at our headquarters near Warsaw.What you will doThe Head of Business Development and Marketing is one of the key roles in the organization, responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business strategies aimed at generating sales growth, developing innovative business solutions and strengthening the position of the Volvo brand on the construction machinery market. Your main tasks will include: Developing and implementing a marketing strategy for individual products and customer segments with the aim of achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term profitability of the company Market analysis, identifying trends, examining customer needs in terms of offered products, services and solutions Actively proposing new solutions and opportunities for the company's development based on conducted analyses Taking actions to develop business and digital innovations, also in the area of new technologies (e.g. electromobility, hydrogen cells, hybrid solutions), incubating new business solutions Responsibility for the area of communication by conducting external and internal communication, organizing events for clients, developing promotional materials, conducting loyalty campaigns Taking care of the image of the Volvo brand in accordance with Volvo Group standards Leading the marketing and business development team, monitoring the team's performance Developing relationships with clients and business partners. In this role, you will bring: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the area of marketing, business development and digital solutions in B2B industries, i.e. industrial equipment, machinery, automotive, construction, engineering, including eg. the renewable energy industry; Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience Leadership skills - building, motivating and developing a team resulting from experience in direct team management or leadership roles, e.g. project manager Proven success in developing and implementing marketing and business strategies Ability to formulate long-term company development strategies, identify new business opportunities, develop and implement a marketing strategy Ability to analyze data, identify trends and new opportunities and challenges based on data Understanding modern digital technologies and their application. Ability to think creatively and innovate processes and products. Higher education in marketing, business management, new technologies or related fields. Fluent knowledge of English (minimum level C) Good knowledge of Polish (minimum level B2) Availability – frequent trips and business trips Driving license category B What’s in it for you?
