FCSO Crypto Asset Surveillance Product Manager The role provides support to the Global Head of Transaction, Name and Crypto Asset Screening with the implementation and management of Crypto Asset Surveillance controls to meet the Group Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Financial Sanctions Policies and Standards. Works closely with the 1 st line Business, Segments and Products, plus Operations and Technology teams as well as 2 nd line Conduct & Financial Crime Compliance (CFCC) to develop, implement and support the solutions required to manage Financial Sanctions and other AML and Fraud risks both on and off the Blockchain.   Responsibilities: Ensure managers deliver Performance metrics, accuracy of information, to provide the relevant businesses with optimum oversight of the Crypto Asset Surveillance function. Oversees the Data Management Framework, metrics, risk assessment on issues/gaps and associated engagements with the relevant data owners. Assess and understand risk profiles of products, channels, and clients/non-clients to provide Crypto Asset Surveillance solutions.  Manage Audits and Regulatory Inspections in relation to Crypto Asset Surveillance Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes through enabling technology to optimize and increase scalability, adoption, client experience and efficiency measures, and reduce risk. Ensure new technology products deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws, and regulations at a global level Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks Use the banks internal risk tracking tool (M7) to ensure necessary risks are logged and any actions are tracked accordingly until closure Qualifications: Graduate / experience in banking/ finance/ audit/ systems Understanding of blockchain technology, Crypto wallets, exchanges Hands on blockchain surveillance tools: Chainalysis, Elliptic or TRM labs Understanding of Product Management Highly developed communication skills required to interact with senior stakeholders Understanding of Crypto compliance (ACAMS Certified Cryptoasset Ant-Financial Crime nice to have) We offer: B2B or contract of employment  Remote work system Attractive salary Local working hours (8-16/ 9-17) International working environment
