Head of Medical Communication Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Develops relationships and programs with key opinion leaders, learned societies and patient associations to establish the scientific and medical legitimacy. Defines and implements a medical communication strategy, tools and content in line with brand priorities. Supervises the development of content, tools, services. Circulates scientific and medical expertise to other departments. Selects and designs the O+O medical and scientific events, so as to increase the visibility and enhance the reputation of the unit. Develops programs (partnerships, sponsorships, services etc.) with learned societies, patient association and other professional players in the health sector. Identifies and selects relevant key opinion leaders and rising opinion leaders, scientist and health professionals for the division and the brands. Measures the impact of the action takes and ensures the follow up. Owns the conduct of observational and clinical studies. Our requirements You have +5 years’ experience in communication or marketing either from pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful medical communication strategies and programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You’re experienced in people management. Flexible and adaptive mindset to balance long term planning with the fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance, and building strategic frames. Fluency in English is a must.
