  • HR controlling for BUCE (Business Unit Central Europe - Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Polska)
  • Prepare and analyze the monthly reporting / country and for BUCE (HCT and argumentation of changes within the period of time, labour costs, absenteeism rate, training completion rate)
  • Share the result of analysis with the Country HR Director and with the BUCE HR Director
  • Labor cost controlling analysis on monthly basis / country and for BUCE
  • Cost analysis on monthly basis (based on forecast and Actual)
  • Overtime reporting
  • Consolidation of contractors overview with collaboration with purchasing
  • Analysis of vacation on monthly basis for each country in BUCE
  • Prepare the monthly HR reporting in the defined form (propose clear and automatized reporting)
  • Create a quick and logical Budget process including HC, labor costs incl. explanation of changes
  • Consolidate budget for BUCE/ preparation of HR presentation
  • Create ACT vs. budget analysis on monthly basis
  • Report of the KPI-s like: job requests; exit interviews / month; follow-up of 3rd month feedback during probation period (Germany)
  • Link between HR and Finance
  • Prepare and update the tariff overview / result of negotiations with work council/ trade union
  • Overview of C&B

  • Experience in finance or HR controlling
