Job DescriptionDynatrace Community is all about people. It’s an integral part of Dynatrace, ensuring product support in a self-service manner, 24/7. Our Community team is looking for a team member with a customer-first approach and Agile mindset. As a Community Manager, you'll:Champion the use and adoption of the Community to improve self-service and increases the ability of Dynatrace’s customers to find solutions to their questions without internal team engagement.Identify and create engagement opportunities across forums, such as Community challenges.Work with other teams to provide answers to forum questions.Make sure that the Dynatrace Community is a thriving space! QualificationsExperience with community or forum platforms, either as an administrator or an end-user.
