Logistics Manager

Would you like to make an immediate impact in a company which is going through an expansion?     For our client we are currently looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will join a company that is expanding their European presencein their new warehouse in Sosnowiec. Reporting to the European Operation Director, you will primarily be supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. You will have the opportunity to grow and select your team in the new warehouse for our client. This warehouse will be the company's central hub which will distribute their products throughout Europe. You have the chance to make a significant difference in the expansion of the Polish team which will affect the company as a whole in a positive direction.   Your Tasks Will Include: Manages and oversees daily warehouse operations. Facilitates the receipt of incoming goods (including trucks and courier services) and the dispatch of shipments to customers. Trains and supervises warehouse staff. Evaluates and plans for staffing and space needs, developing action plans to ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards are maintained. Coordinates with freight forwarders to guarantee timely and informed arrivals, handling any missing documentation from imports. Supports field service activities by creating lists and sending catalogs and promotional items to Sales Representatives. Provides product availability information to customers and the sales team   To be a good fit for the Logistics Manager role you will have: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)  SAP business one or similar Experience in coordinating, training and managing people in Warehouses Experience in communication with customs Experience working with global suppliers Experience working with couriers and transportation companies Fluent in English   Keys to success: Have a hands-on and proactive attitude to all tasks  Good Soft skills, experienced in coordinating teams   Our Client offers: Trainings and opportunities to grow professionally Private Medical Cover Working and collaborating in an international setting Be valued for individual achievement, regardless of formal diplomas   Sounds Interesting?
