Required: 6 months of experience as an HR Admin/Recruiter preferably in the IT company, English B2/C1, Polish C1/C2, hybrid work from Wrocław office Offer: B2B/UZL, paid days off, Polish time zone, flexible hours, full-time position, long-term contract, and more Benefits: +6 000 PLN / year training budget, + 1500 PLN / quarter for health insurance and sports, Mentoring program and other Tools you’ll use: Slack, GSuite, Jira, Miro and Coda, Apple MacBook - no worries, we'll provide onsite training use of all applications and tools! About the role: Management of responses to advertised positions Screening applications and submitting suitable candidates in line with role profile to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager Conducting phone calls with candidates Sourcing candidates - testing new platforms, tools, and techniques to reach passive candidates, using innovative sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal databases, job boards, internet searches and team networks) Developing and actively running talent pipelines and viable talent pools for commonly recruited roles Ensuring data accuracy and the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate record management systems Supporting the process of onboarding new people in the company Coordinate and manage employee contract processes Coordinate administration and archivization of relevant HR documentation Support Office administration and provide cover when needed Work closely with - HR Manager, Employer Branding Specialists and Tech Team Be an integral part of the HR & Admin team - support and be supported, share your ideas and speak up About you - tech & soft skills: Min. 6 months of experience as an HR Admin/Recruiter in the IT industry Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of responsibility for assigned tasks, goal-oriented Willingness to work in a team and help others English level B2/C1 (writing and speaking), Polish C1/C2 Willingness to look for solutions instead of excuses and obstacles We think for the future and want you to develop into a role that will excite you - show ownership for your role and development and we help you achieve your professional aspirations Ideally with a desire for integration - we like to have fun together and celebrate our successes ;) Tech-savvy What will the recruitment process look like?
