We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will be a part of a team responsible for creating exceptional customer service and customer education experience and creating new standards in this area. In your role as a Customer Success Manager , you'll empower customers to fully utilize the system. Ready for your next adventure? Your key tasks will be: Ensuring that Livespace CRM customers in your portfolio have best possible assistance with implementing their sales processes in the system, capturing clients’ requirements accurately, maximizing system utilization and customers benefits, meeting customers live on video-conferences on daily basis and acting as a trusted advisor to them, providing proactive assistance for recurring issues making sure that the clients use the full capabilities of the system thanks to understanding of the sales process upselling and cross-selling to the clients of your portfolio building up trust and keeping the personal bond with the client. About you: You naturally take ownership You effortlessly step into the customer's shoes You can build and maintain long-term relationships You are experienced in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech (SaaS) industry You understand sales processes, ideally because you’ve been working in sales before You feel comfortable meeting senior clients face-to-face via videoconference You feel comfortable talking to C-Level audience You feel comfortable conducting online training You have strong conflict-management skills You are an excellent listener with strong empathy and communication skills Our requirements: a minimum of one year of prior experience in client-facing roles Experience in the company offering complex, B2B excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Polish language. very good command of English. Nice to have experience in SaaS product company, ideally offering the product used by sales teams understanding how sales teams work, ideally thanks to previous experience in sales experience in creating customer education processes familiarity with the following tools: Intercom, Jira, Help Scout, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Zapier, Make.com, Userpilot, Livespace What we offer At Livespace, your work matters.
